Use the "Hue Selection Tool" for special effects, to color a black and white image, or to change
the color of a portion of an icon.

To use the Hue Selection tool

1. Select the Hue Selection tool from the tool bar.
2. Click to the area you want to change.

To provide more fitting, you must input the range with help of following Dialogue:
